Process Guidance and Steps for Cancellation and Refund:
If you receive a damaged product or packaging, reject and return to the delivery person. Same time Email us to info@belore.in with Order number and defective area snapshot.
Request to you to return within 72 hours of product delivery.
Upon receiving your request, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Your bank details will be requested for refund processing.
Belore Slims will arrange doorstep product collection.
After product arrival at our center, it will undergo quality testing.
Cancellation and refund policy process:
Valid complaints will receive a confirmation email for product return and refund.
Expect refund within 7-8 business days, exclusively through net banking.
Banking information remains confidential.
All process and updates Belore Slims will keep you updated via email.
Non-Eligible for Cancellation and Refund:
Discounted products are not eligible for Exchange/Cancellation/Refund.
Returns without prior notice will not be refunded.
Customized Slims bottoms cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded.
One exchange per product allowed; previously exchanged products won’t qualify.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Certain situations prevent returns. Valid returns must meet these criteria:

Absence of stains, sweat, or odor.
No tearing or damage.
Unaltered tags, labels, and paper tags.
Intact packaging and folding.
The product must not be washed or dry cleaned.
Customized Slims are not eligible for exchange.
Self-added details on Slims are disqualify exchange.
Made to Order items are not eligible for exchange.
Belore Slims aims for color match, but variations may occur; no exchange/refund due to color shade variation.
Size Discrepancy Guideline:
Belore Slims’ Pants suits Indian women’s body measurements, offering comfort and shape.
Discounted products are not returnable/exchangeable.
Sizing or color issues will not qualify for return/exchange/refund.
Cancellation of any order:
Cancel before shipment starts for full refund.
Post-shipment cancellation unavailable.
Request a return after delivery.
Cancellation results in full refund if pre-shipment.

Color Discrepancy:
Colors like Black, Navy, Charcoal, and white can reflect differently.
Similar light group colors may differ on-screen; cross-check with names.
White may occasionally appear off-white.
Dyeing can lead to 1 to 3 tone color variations; no return/refund/exchange for this.
Embellishment Issues:
Despite our packaging efforts, sequins, beads, and other details may come off.
