Return and exchange policy

Belore Slims exclusively designed for Indian women after many trial and error. After lot of effort and hard work we have fine-tuned the fabric quality and the fit. We have designed Slims for 2 kind of fitting. Example if a person waist is M she can wear M as Compression pant and L as relaxed fit. both would be perfect on body. It’s very important to go thru the size detail size chart and select appropriate size while ordering. In order to reduce return and exchange we have graded sizing accordingly.

Length would vary person to person. We have designed the length of garment based on majority of the population for regular sizes. If a person is tall or short it’s better to order an appropriate length garment by using our size chart and body measurement guide line. This would avoid or reduce the return.

Return and exchange policy – Exchange

  1. If any damage or wrong item reaches we accept return of item and a replacement is provided.
  2. Intimation for returning the Belore Slims should be provided within 2 working days from the date of delivery.

  3. Products returned should be in original condition, unwashed, unused, unaltered and should have original tags/labels in place and folds intact and returned along with the invoice. No exchange is allowed for items which when received, do not have proper folding, missing invoice and damaged or not in saleable condition.

  • Since our products are high quality knitted super stretch and high recovery most of the time the garment on body would be skin tight. There are possible of body odor to the garment after wearing, which we don’t accept as return and sell same garment again. 

  • The following products shall not be eligible for exchange :- 

  1. Nail mark or yarn pull out or cut while wearing.
    1. Dirt or body odor at inside waist line.
    1. Minor color discrepancies between website display and product received
    1. Any product that has been damaged or worn by you, will not be exchanged

Return and exchange policy – return 

If an order placed is prepaid for the item which no longer exists in stock Refund is provided to the customer’s Bank account. Our Customer Service Agent will get in touch with you on the same.
